Focus Where the Power Is
Many of us remember seeing War Room years ago, and the praying widow said something like, "How much time are you going to spend complaining versus how much time are we going to spend praying?" This often comes to mind in situations that are repetitively challenging or uninviting, but we must persist. The Father reminds us not to focus on all the problems but on the possibilities in Him—what He's doing in us, how He's preparing us, stretching us, growing us, and how He's already answered many prayers.
Sometimes, in the midst of a challenge, we easily forget that where we are is a result of what we prayed for or, sometimes (not always), the seeds we have sown. It's a great time to plant new seeds, sow new prayers, and believe for the better and the best that He has for us. Prayer over quitting. Keep putting in the work, and remember who's got us!
